Vincent Taccetta is the Founder and Partner of Veni Vidi Vici Flooring, where he combines decades of flooring expertise with a lifelong passion for entrepreneurship. His approach to leadership is grounded in the spirit of the company’s name, which means “I came, I saw, I conquered” – a reminder to show up fully, learn continuously, and pursue ambitious goals with discipline and purpose.
Vincent’s appreciation for small business began in his hometown of Ocala, Florida, where he spent his teenage years working at a local sporting goods shop. That early experience showed him how a small, dedicated team can shape a community, and it set the tone for his career. He later attended Florida State University, earning a degree in business management while gaining real-world experience with several small businesses.
After graduating, Vincent entered the flooring industry under the guidance of his Uncle Lou, a craftsman who taught him the trade from the ground up. More importantly, his uncle modeled what it means to run a business with integrity – a standard Vincent carries forward today. The lessons learned in those early years laid the foundation for the partnership he and Jeremy have built and continue to grow at Veni Vidi Vici Flooring.
Vincent balances running the business with family life, supported by his wife and their four children. When he’s not working, you’ll often find him on the golf course. One simple principle guides all aspects of his life: “He who conquers himself, conquers all.”
Jeremy White is the Co-Founder and Partner at Veni Vidi Vici Flooring, bringing more than two decades of hands-on experience in flooring, design, and project execution. Raised in Tallahassee and a graduate of Florida State University, Jeremy entered the industry in 2005 when he joined his Uncle Louis Tarantino in building a small flooring business. That experience sharpened his eye for design and sparked a lasting passion for creating beautifully crafted spaces.
Over the years, Jeremy developed deep expertise in curating wood, carpet, and rugs, along with the hands-on skill required to translate design concepts into finished work. He believes successful projects demand more than vision. They require craftsmanship, precision, and the ability to execute with consistent attention to detail.
Jeremy’s approach to business is grounded in integrity and respect – he treats everyone the same way he treats family. Those values guide every client interaction and every project the company takes on. His commitment to doing things the right way is one of the cornerstones of the partnership he and Vincent have built at Veni Vidi Vici Flooring.
A devoted husband and father of two daughters, Jeremy’s family and Catholic faith play a central role in his life. Whether at work or at home, he stands by a simple belief: your word and your integrity are the most important things you have.
Amanda has always had a customer-focused career, driven by a genuine passion for human connection and building strong, lasting relationships. She was introduced to the flooring industry through her father, who spent decades in the wholesale rug business.
Shortly after relocating from New York to Florida, Amanda met Lou Tarantino. Lou mentored Amanda and helped her establish and build a brand presence on Florida’s west coast. This opportunity grew into nearly a decade of experience in luxury flooring and a passion for bespoke, hand-made rugs and the craftsmanship behind them.
For Amanda, great work starts with collaboration – showing up as a true creative partner, not just a source of product. That mindset shaped her connection with Vince and Jeremy, whom she worked alongside and learned a great deal from long before this partnership took shape.
Today, as Founder of Loom & Lineage LLC and Strategic Sales Partner to 3V Flooring, Amanda is thrilled to bring that history full circle – partnering with Veni Vidi Vici to provide luxury flooring to designers across Florida’s west coast.
Based in St. Petersburg, Amanda’s top values are partnership, trust, and service, which guide how she shows up for every client. As a proud boy mom, she brings that same warmth and dedication to her work, taking great care of her customers while having fun doing it.
